By agreeing to the following code of conduct, attendees must agree to conducting oneself in an appropriate manner as well as the consequences of unacceptable behavior. White River Buddhist Temple requires all participants (speakers, attendees, staff and all other guests) of all White River Buddhist Temple sponsored or hosted programs to act with the highest standard of personal and professional conduct while treating others with respect at all times, including event-related social functions.

White River Buddhist Temple reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine what constitutes unacceptable behavior and will take action that it deemed appropriate based on the situation, up to and including immediate expulsion without warning from the event and without refund of any registration and fees.

PHOTOGRAPHY/FILMING/STREAMING POLICY

By registering for this event, the attendee grants full rights to White River Buddhist Temple to use photographs and/or video of the attendee taken at the event in communications, programs or derivatives of such materials, or projects related to the mission of the Temple. 

ADDITIONAL RELEASE

I have read and agree to the above and also agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless White River Buddhist Temple, seminar speakers, and advisors from any and all manner of claims, suits, demands and liability which may otherwise be made by or on behalf of the person named above. Registering for this event is considered a waiver of any claim for any injury or loss sustained by the participant in transit to and from or while participating at Yoga & Buddhism Retreat hosted by the White River Buddhist Temple.
